Joe Gross has a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from the University of Washington, where his studies emphasized Policy Analysis and the Design and Planning of Programs to fit policies. He qualified for, and was certified as, a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the national Society for Human Resource Management. He is on the Board of Directors of the Olympia Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management.
